Executive Chef, Jacob Leatherman has created an extraordinary menu featuring Aspen smoked sturgeon served with bison, Meyer lemon vinaigrette, organic caviar, roasted shallot creme fraiche, and strawberries; grilled lobster with Peruvian white bean puree, mushroom curry, crispy salsify; and roasted antelope loin with Sexy Brie grits, poblano and quince salad, and hubbard squash broth paired with fine wines, chosen by Triple Creek Ranch's Sommelier, Jeremy White. Offerings from the collections of visiting vintners to the Ranch, spring 2014, Vintners' Wine Events, will include Chappellet, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California; Merry Edwards, Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley, California; and, Et Fille, Pinot Noir, Maresh Vineyards-Jim's Block, Dundee Hills, Oregon. Additional selections from Pepper Bridge, Walla Walla, Washington, Domain Huet, France and Navarro Vineyards, Anderson Valley, California secures the surprising and delectable flavors of the evening.
