Housekeepers are responsible to clean the lodge and all cabins in a timely and efficient manner. Housekeepers also perform evening turn down service, cabin deliveries, work in the laundry room doing ranch laundry, personal guest laundry, staff uniform laundry, folding and ironing. Must be trustworthy, team oriented and have good work ethics. Have exceptional communication skills and basic knowledge of TV's, VCR's, CD players and vacuum cleaners. Must take pride in keeping the facilities clean and in exceptional working order.

The wait staff is responsible for serving food and beverages in a friendly, professional and efficient manner to guests in the dining room, lounge, library, outside decks, pool area and to cabins, thereby adding to a positive guest experience. Duties include describing and selling food and beverages in a positive and professional manner. Additional duties include: breaking down and setting up dining room, polishing glassware and silverware, delivering food to cabins.

Coordinators are responsible for the supervision and communication of guest’s activities and needs with all departments and outside outfitters. Job Requirements:
Friendly, active, motivated and detail oriented person. Team worker – dependable and responsible with excellent memory and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and ready to take on challenges at a moments notice. Excellent written and verbal language skills required. Knowledge of the area, hiking trails, nature and some history is important. Computer skills necessary: Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Photoshop. Able to lift up to 30 pounds. General duties are to provide the kitchen and dining room staff with clean dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses and cooking equipment. The dishwasher is responsible for washing, drying and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers and pots, operating and maintaining the dish machine, assist wait staff, prep food as directed by culinary team, sweep and mop at the end of the shift and empty garbage from kitchen area.

Must be able to work safely with efficiency and speed. Be able to take and follow verbal and written instruction. Must be able to regularly lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. onto shelves 5 feet tall and lift and carry dishes and equipment up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum age: 16 years old.
