Triple Creek Ranch's philosophy concerning staff members is to provide a pleasant atmosphere in which each member has the opportunity to work at maximum potential.

Employment / Hiring Policies

Triple Creek Ranch staff members must have a consistently positive service attitude, be reliable and trustworthy, team-oriented and have excellent work ethic.  Staff must be willing to maintain Triple Creek Ranch standards for neatness and grooming while on duty, on ranch or in contact with the ranch guests.  Staff will work weekdays, weekends and holidays. All new staff must be able to show proof of identity to work in the United States and be willing to accept ranch policies and procedures.
