Employment / Hiring Policies

Triple Creek Ranch staff members must have a consistently positive service attitude, be reliable and trustworthy, team-oriented and have excellent work ethic.  Staff must be willing to maintain Triple Creek Ranch standards for neatness and grooming while on duty, on ranch or in contact with the ranch guests.  Staff will work weekdays, weekends and holidays. All new staff must be able to show proof of identity to work in the United States and be willing to accept ranch policies and procedures.

Housekeepers

Job description:

Housekeepers are responsible to clean the lodge and all cabins in a timely and efficient manner.  Housekeepers also perform evening turn down service, cabin deliveries, work in the laundry room doing ranch laundry, personal guest laundry, staff uniform laundry, folding and ironing.  Must be trustworthy, team oriented and have good work ethics.  Have exceptional communication skills and basic knowledge of TV's, VCR's, CD players and vacuum cleaners.  Must take pride in keeping the facilities clean and in exceptional working order.

Culinary Interns

Job description:

Seeking interns who want to have a well rounded experience in a Relais & Chateaux kitchen.  Will learn all creative aspects of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service.  Candidates should be dedicated in pursuing a passion in the culinary arts.  Will be able to fulfill the credited hours.  Must have a valid drivers license.  Hourly wage.  Seasonal housing is very affordable.

Wranglers

Job description:

Guide horseback rides, provide instruction for beginner riders, help with general ranch maintenance. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Have a passion for horses and the communication skills to share your passion with our guests. Have an exceptional work ethic and be self motivated. Trailer driving experience helpful. AM/PM Line Chef

Job description:

Seeking experienced, career-minded individual to work in a kitchen dedicated to fine cuisine.  Well honed communication skills are a must.  All meals prepared using the freshest, local ingredients.  Interest in developing creative new dishes and wine pairings a plus.  Candidates should be dedicated in pursuing a passion for food in a team oriented atmosphere.  Seasonal / Full-Time employment available.  Seasonal housing is very affordable.

Full-Time/Part-Time Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep

Job description:

General duties are to provide the kitchen and dining room staff with clean dishes, utensils, silver service, silverware, glasses and cooking equipment. The dishwasher is responsible for the washing, drying and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers and pots, operating and maintaining the dish machine, assist waitstaff, prep food as directed by culinary team, sweep and mop at the end of the shift and empty garbage from kitchen area.

Waitstaff

Job description:

The wait staff is responsible for serving food and beverages in a friendly, professional and efficient manner to guests in the dining room, lounge, library, outside decks, pool area and to cabins, thereby adding to a positive guest experience.  Duties include describing and selling food and beverages in a positive and professional manner.  Additional duties include: breaking down and setting up dining room, polishing glassware and silverware, delivering food to cabins.  

Job Requirements
 Friendly and outgoing.  Motivated and detail oriented.  Team worker – dependable and responsible.  Good memory skills to attend to guest dietary needs and for personal attention.  Knowledge of fine dining and wine service.  Excellent written and verbal language skills.  Exceptional communication skills.  Able to lift up to 20 pounds.  Strong math skills.  Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
