Although dress is casual, you'll find the lodge's romantic dining room crisply attired in white tablecloths and flickering with candlelight. We pride ourselves on our warm hospitality and discreet service. The ranch's executive chef is involved in every meal and is always accessible to diners.
At Triple Creek Ranch, fresh meats and seafood are flown in from Australia, Italy, France, Hawaii, Alaska, South America and both coasts of the U.S. nearly every day. We bring local fresh foods to the table, preparing seasonal dishes vibrant with the tastes of regional harvests. Most of our produce comes from organic farms in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana. We also purchase specialized produce from The Chef's Garden, a boutique vegetable farm and culinary institute in Ohio. For those whose tastes tend toward the adventurous, exotic courses such as emu or venison are often featured on our menu.
Dinner is a four-course event and house wines are included. Or you may choose to explore and add wine pairings from our cellar featuring premium vintages from over a dozen countries. After dinner, guests can enjoy choices from the cheese cart featuring international and domestic selections, including cheeses from the affineurs Hervé Mons, Randolph Hodgson and Luigi Guffanti.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner, we serve coffees from artisan coffee roaster Glen Junket of Hunter Bay Coffees in Lolo, Montana. They roast whole beans purchased through Cup of Excellence®, an international coffee judging program, then deliver them down the valley to Triple Creek Ranch where we grind them fresh for our guests. We are pleased to feature a variety of coffees from Honduras, Brazil, Nicarauga, India, Ethiopia, Java and other countries around the world. We also have a fine selection of high-grade loose-leaf tea from Harney & Sons.
We are happy to accommodate vegetarians, vegans and guests with special dietary restrictions. A member of our staff will be happy to discuss your requests prior to your arrival.
For those who love to explore and savor a variety of tastes, our culinary team offers a front row seat into their world.
