This event is a must for oenophiles.  Guests will enjoy a delightful welcome reception with the vintner and the Triple Creek Ranch team.  The following afternoons festivities include a wine seminar and special activity with the visiting vintner.  The grand finale, a five course gourmet dinner created by the executive chef and his team and paired with select wines by the vintner are the featured highlights of this weekend.

In addition to the special activities during this event, guests may also enjoy a number of Triple Creek Ranch activities at their leisure.

About:  Et Fille Wines is a small, family-run, Oregon winery specializing in premium boutique pinot noir and viognier wines.  Et Fille, which means "and daughter", honors the hand-in-hand, father and daughter team of Howard Mozeico and Jessica Mozeico-Blair that makes these wines.  They are passionate about the differences in wine characteristics based on the soil type of the vineyard.  Howard and Jessica personally touch the grape clusters, fermenters, barrels, and bottles that eventually become their wine.  They deal in small lots of grapes, small fermentation lots and small oak barrels.  This vintner weekend will be an intimate opportunity to ask anything you wanted to know about the winemaking process or owning a winery but didn't want to ask.
