A Hands-On, Bottles-Up, Gastronomic Experience to Remember!

Join our in house Culinary and Beverage team for a fun filled weekend of hands on learning experiences, enjoying great food, wine, cocktails and more.

Each day you will have the opportunity to choose a new special activity! Let your inner chef come to life with a Triple Creek Ranch Chef at a cooking school in Ponderosa Cabin, try your hand at one of our Artisanal ‘Makers’ Classes, or enjoy an afternoon learning from a member of the Triple Creek Ranch Beverage Team with varied classes daily ranging from testing your palate at a wine tasting, venturing into the world of wine in an educational wine seminar, or spicing up your craft cocktail skills in our rooftop lounge.

Then in the evenings, enjoy various lively culinary experiences designed to inspire & delight including our ‘Evening Wine Pairing Dinner’, where guests have the opportunity to embrace this special weekend with Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres served in the Rooftop Lounge followed by a four-course wine pairing dinner created by the culinary and beverage teams, ‘Cocktails at Elk Meadow’ where guests enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres held at the owners’ private residence, and culminating in our ‘Evening Ranch House Dinner’ where guests get to indulge in a festive ranch style feast served in the Dining Room.

Each guest will have the opportunity to participate in one Cooking School, one Makers Class, and one Afternoon Beverage Class to ensure all guests have the opportunity to experience each of these activities in a more intimate group setting.
*If you wish to participate in the same class more than once, you can be added to a wait list for any activities your are interested in revisiting.

Guests looking forward to the Friday Morning Culinary Weekend kick-off activities will need to arrive by Thursday to participate the following morning.
In order to participate in the full event departure on or after Monday is recommended.
