Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% will confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy: Your deposit, less $100 per room booked, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible, for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. You are welcome to send someone else in your place. Triple Creek Ranch highly recommends you purchase trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider. 

Check In/Check Out

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 12:00 p.m. 

Pet Policy

We can no longer allow guests to keep their pets in our cabins. However, the Bitterroot Valley is home to a number of fine kennels and pet hotels which will be happy to house your pet during your visit here.  Ask your reservation assistant for more information about your pet kenneling options.
