2018 ~ Winter Vintner and Culinary Events
Tranquil winter days on the ranch lend themselves to indulging the finer senses. It is the perfect time of year to augment our popular Vintner weekends with a program of cooking classes.
January 25 – 28 Burgundy Region Culinary Weekend
A winter weekend infused with the rich flavors of Bourgogne ~ Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, Clafoutis and more! Our Sommelier and Executive Chef will partner to deliver wine tastings, a five-course wine pairing dinner and cooking classes all designed for guests to revel in the distinct flavors of this region throughout the weekend. We will also be joined by a representative from the Riedel Wine Glass Company, who will lead a wine glass seminar and gift each guest with a wine glass set.
February 8 – 11 Jean-Luc Joillot
Following up on our January Bourgogne event, Triple Creek Ranch welcomes vintner Jean-Luc Joillot, who journeys from Côte d’Or to join us to share his exquisite vintages.
2018 ~ 15th Annual Spring Vintner Series
Our vintner partners work hard throughout the year tending to vines, harvesting, pressing and devoting constant attention to the fermentation process. When they join us for our signature Vintner Weekends, they get to relax and share the fruits of their labor with our guests. Vintners join guests at play, enjoying various ranch activities. Wine tastings and pairings are enhanced by the knowledge imparted during informal seminars and impromptu conversation.
May 10 – 13 Spottswoode
Famed for their Cabernet Sauvignon, the remarkable Novak women of the Spottswoode Family Wine Estate have been producing wines known for their refined elegance, balance, and classic structure since 1982.
May 17 – 20 Hill Family Estate
After three decades of farming grapes for some of Napa Valley’s finest wine producers, Doug Hill and his family decided that they should enter the wine business. The Hill Family Estate is the culmination of Doug’s vision to share his love of the valley, of farming and of wine with his children and wine lovers everywhere.
May 24 – 27 Chappellet Winery
For nearly five decades, the Chappellet family has been crafting acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignons from fruit cultivated on the steep, rocky slopes of Napa Valley’s renowned Pritchard Hill.
